Terms and Conditions for AI Chat

This agreement is an official public offer and contains the essential conditions for providing the AI Chat browser extension and related services. By accepting these terms and paying for a subscription, the individual or legal entity becomes the Customer, and Tech Product Partners KFT (the “Contractor”) and the Customer collectively become the Parties to this agreement.

1. General Terms

Contractor: Tech Product Partners KFT, administration of aichatonline-pro.web.app and the AI Chat browser extension.

Service description: AI Chat provides writing, research, summarization, translation, coding assistance and general question-answering tools in a browser side panel.

2. Service Usage and Ownership

• Customers may access the extension according to their selected subscription plan.
• Customers retain ownership of the text, files and other content they submit or create.
• The Contractor may apply reasonable usage limits or suspend access in cases of abuse, suspicious activity or violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

The current prices and subscription periods are published on the pricing section of the website. The extension includes 10 free hours; continued access requires a paid plan.

The Contractor may update the price list and this public offer by publishing new terms on the website at least three days before they take effect. Changes do not retroactively alter a subscription period already paid for.

Customers may request a full refund within 20 days of their first purchase as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Data Collection

We may process a customer’s name, email address, payment status, extension settings and information intentionally submitted for processing. Payment details are handled by the payment provider. Data is retained only as required to deliver the service, maintain security and comply with law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the Customer’s country of residence.

6. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will remain available on this page, and material changes may also be communicated through the website or extension.

7. Acceptance of Offer

• Acceptance of this offer creates a binding agreement between the Customer and the Contractor.
• By using the extension or purchasing a subscription, the Customer confirms full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

8. Rights and Obligations

• The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable, secure service.
• The Customer must not copy, resell, distribute, interfere with or misuse the extension or website without authorization.
• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Customers must independently verify information where accuracy is important.
• The Contractor is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure, public authorities, utility failures, network outages or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Final Provisions

• The Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
• The claim review period is 15 business days.
• If negotiations fail, disputes will be handled under applicable law.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
